The shampoo bars and silky conditioners are VEGAN friendly, the rich conditioner contained beeswax.

Hair conditioners

Packed with conditioning natural ingredients, plastic free, palm oil free, leaving hair soft and smooth, solid conditioners should be used in their own special way. The purpose of any conditioner is to neutralise the PH balance of the hair. Most shampoos – solid or liquid – are alkaline as are many cleaning products – soaps, shower gels etc. Most conditioners introduce an acidity thus smoothing the hair shaft, either by coating the hair with silicones and polymers etc or using natural cationic ingredients which stick to the wet hair surface by static attraction. No chemicals or fragrances – 100% essential oils and all natural ingredients. This also applies to the whole Kenderdine range with the exception of the silky conditioner which has 2 mixed ingredients (in order to make it Vegan) – cetyl alcohol and brassica alcohol. Both of these ingredients have been specially sourced. They do not contain any palm oil in any form whatsoever, not even hidden in other ingredients. They took a long time to develop and are what I hoped they would be. They are currently packaged in Vegware compostable and biodegradable containers. They are made with ingredients that meet the high eco standards I hold myself too! All handmade by me.
